For those of you looking for an Arabic QWERTY keybord layout, you can
donload one from http://zsigri.tripod.com/fontboard/index.html Since
many of you do not type in Arabic everyday, you may find the phonetic
keyboard more useful and much more intuitive.

offers a nice description (with screen shots) of how to enable
International Support in Windows XP.
