Assalaam alayKum

Does anyone know how to display Hamzatu-l-Wasl with any word processor
soft?

When i opened MS Word i selected Insert -> Symbol, then found
Hamzatu-l-Wasl with Alif,
so i selected it and put OK button, but i could not insert it into my
text.
i used Traditional Arabic fonts.
i also found a lot of ligatures on the list but i could not insert
them, either.

Isn't there a programme to display Hamzatul-wasl?

If possible, i would like to ask you about the short Alif (AA of
hAAdhaa = this), too.
