Subject:Acquisition and Bilingualism references needed

Dear All:
  I am in the process of collecting information on work done on Arabic
language acquisition, for the Encyclopedia of the Arabic Language.
Research can be on any aspect of any dialect being acquired as a first
language. I am also interested in studies of bilingualism involving
Arabic as one of the languages.  I suspect that most of the work is in
unpublished dissertations/theses and would appreciate all references or
email attachments.
