The Middle East Institute invites Arabic-L members and colleagues to  
attend MEI' 57th Annual Conference entitled _The Perils of Engagement:   
America in the Middle East_, Wednesday-Thursday, October 22-23, 2003,  
at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

Our Keynote Address speaker is CLYDE PRESTOWITZ and Banquet Address  
speaker DR. AARON MILLER, with a special panel on the Middle East's  
impact on the 2004 US Presidential Elections, featuring AMBASSADOR  
JOSEPH WILSON and FRANK GAFFNEY.
