BYU has changed servers (again), so the website for Arabic-L has moved
to:

  http://humanities.byu.edu/asiane/arabic/arabic-l/

This is a rather primitive site, but it does have clear instructions on
how to sign up, send messages, etc. so that you can refer people to it
who want to know how to sign up.
