[We received the following query, and pass it on to the list--Dil]

I'd like to learn how to write basic business e-mails in Arabic. This
is in preparation for a possible job at the National Endowment for
Democracy, where I would be required to correspond with grantees in
the region.  Can you recommend a text I could use. The ideal would be
a collection of sample business letters of different types with vocab
lists, and some description of customs.
