I would suggest:
- option to look up a word in the vocabulary list (both directions)
- communication between student and teacher
- feed back related to multiple choice questions,

But I realize this means you’re about to copy existing software.

BTW, is there, in Unicode and XP-era, a need for a specific Arabic- 
based tool?
