Subject:New K-16 section

As many of you know, Arabic is starting to expand dramatically in  
high schools and even elementary schools around the country, and  
funding for such programs is also increasing dramatically.  Arabic-L  
has therefore agreed to add a new 'section' to the list, labeled: K-16.
This section will be devoted specifically to discussion of Arabic in  
the schools.  If you know you want your message to go in that  
section, please label it that way ahead of time.  If you are not  
interested in Arabic in the schools matters, you can either simply  
delete those labeled K-16 without reading them, or you can set your e- 
mail program to filter out messages with the subject line including  
"Arabic-L:K-16:"
