Martha,
I have heard of a variety of programs: 1. http://www.gapschool.net/
(Despite the appearance of the school form the outside, I understand
it is really good).
2.http://www.amerispan.com/language_schools/United_Arab_Emirates/
Al_Ain/3610
3.http://www.fsu.edu/~mec/study.html
I don't know anything about the last two.
By the way, I got this info, here.
John

the Buraimi oasis on the border between Oman and the UAE. Check it
out at

The Gulf Arabic Programme stands head and shoulders above any
alternatives:
http://www.gapschool.net/
They are friendly, conscientious and highly professional.
Best wishes,
Haroon
