Subject:Wants info on Study Abroad funding opportunities for non-US  
Citizens

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have been studying Arabic  
for the past 5 years and have spent much time doing language courses  
in Egypt, Syria, Tunisia etc, paying from my own pocket. I see many  
of these wonderful opportunities to continue Arabic studies to a  
higher level but they always seem to be open for U.S. citizens only.
   I hoped that someone might be able to advice me on how to go about  
finding scholarships for European student. I am English.
