Hello,
Depending on your source text and how it's formatted, you may need to
watch for the less-common diacritics such as dagger-alef
(عِيسىٰ), and the wasla on definite articles(ٱلْـ ). Also,
I've noticed some online texts of the Qur'an space things differently
(لايفعل vs. لا يفعل), which can confound a literal text
search.
