Dear All,

I am writing on behalf of Sharif al-Gayar, Associate Professor of  
Arabic Literature at Cairo University. Prof. Al-Gayar has been awarded  
a scholarship by the Egyptian Government to conduct research at a  
University in the US during the fall semester. He is now looking for a  
department that is willing to host him. Again, his expenses will be  
paid for, but he needs a host department and library privileges. If  
you could consider hosting him, please do contact him directly at
