ARABIC LANGUAGE LECTURER
The University of California, Riverside, invites applications for a
full-time lecturer position in Arabic Language for the 2009-2010
academic year (pending enrollment and final administrative approval).
Candidates must have native or near-native fluency in Modern Standard
Arabic and at least one dialect. Candidates must hold at least an M.A.
degree, demonstrated teaching experience at the college or university
level, and have a commitment to teaching the Arabic language for
academic purposes in line with the ACTFL proficiency guidelines.
Duties include teaching up to eight sections of Arabic language
(pending enrollment and funding). Salary per course is $4,766.96.
