Try The Quranic Arabic Corpus. I think you can create a frequency list
through the search facility.

You can find a comprehensive Quran word frequency list at:
http://corpus.quran.com/qurandictionary.jsp,  you'll get the word the
number of times it occurs and its different meanings based on the context
of the verses. I hope that helps.
