Subject:Wants Beginning level Arabic News coursebook

Hi
I'm wondering if there is a course book  (or similar: e-book, sources on
line etc) for reading arabic news, like AUC's Media Arabic, but from
Beginners' level.
It could be also a textbook that introduces reading skill  for Beginners.
I mean a course book (or a Reader) to teach Arabic NOT with the aim of
speaking MSA but only understanding and reading (authentic material,
obviously) from the very first beginning. The subject could be also
Literature, or any other subject.

I already came across a book with this purpose but  the variety employed
was ESA not MSA.
I'm interested in such materials for Adults and also for Children
