Gmail has translated "spam" as الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (slightly less
flowing off of the tongue, but the general idea is present nonetheless I
suppose).

سبام Colloquial Arabic

مضمومة الاول ومفتوحة ما قبل الاخر. اسم مفعول من الفعل
أهمل. أو -إن شئت - فقل متروك بفتح الميم. وذلك أفضل من غير مرغوب فيه.
