Dear colleagues

For a multilingual project involving Arabic, I am looking for basic
bibliography on the following subjects:

- administrative language.
- simplification of administrative language.
- linguistic and cultural mediation within administrative institutions
(e.g. multilingual communication with the public, etc.).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
