Subject: Needs differentiating software for ME languages

Dear Arabic Scholars,

My research firm is interested in purchasing differentiating software that
has the capacity to provide easily-digestible quantitative reports from
Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, and Kurdish language online media sources for media
analysis. I was wondering if any of you could recommend any software you
have used in past research – or that you are aware of – that could collate
data from MENA Internet and broadcast media for analysis.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
