"Lexical reconstruction: The case of the Proto-Athabaskan kinship
system" by Isidore Dyen and David Aberle has been republished by
Cambridge University Press. This volume was originally published back
in 1974. The new version is available in paperback, and presumably is
a simple reprint of the original with no changes. The website says it
will be shipping in a couple of weeks.
