[Athapbasckan-l] Mailing list software update

This is just a quick update to let everyone know that the Linguist
List has updated our mailing list Athabpasckan-L to run on new mailing
list software. The mailing list address has not changed. The effects
of the upgrade should be largely invisible to subscribers, although
the user interface is now much more friendly.
