Hi Patrick,
That’s unfortunate about the funding. Right now Yellowknives Dene had to
temporarily shut down their language program, pending a review of the
program, so now is not a good time for them to be presenting (we hope this
issue will be fixed in the near future). I suggest you get in touch with
someone in the Tłı̨chǫ Nation, or Mandy Beyha up in Délı̨nę, I think
they are doing good things. I can tell you that in Łútsëlk'é, the contact
person is Doris Catholique. I don't have her email but if you want I could
help you get in touch with her.
In any case, I hope a conference announcement will come out fairly soon?
