I would like to introduce you to the 1st International Conference on "Europe in Discourse: Identity, Diversity, Borders",<http://www.europeindiscourse.eu/> which will take place in Athens, Greece, between September 23rd and 25th 2016. The Conference is being organized by Hellenic American University in Athens.

The Conference will bring together scholars of different perspectives and methodological approaches who are investigating the complexities and contradictions of current European identity discourses. Disciplinary fields represented in the conference through its themes and participants, include history, linguistics, geography cultural theory, media studies, sociology, political science, economics, and ethnology.
