We are pleased to announce an intensive specialized course on *Critical
Discourse Analysis (CDA)* as part of the MethodsNET Summer School with
CEU 2026,
held in Vienna.

This course, led by Dr. Samuel Bennett (Adam Mickiewicz University), is
specifically designed for researchers who wish to deepen their mastery of
critical approaches to discourse analysis and their application to complex
social phenomena.

*Course Overview:*
The program moves from the theoretical foundations of CDA to the practical
implementation of a 6-step research design framework. A key feature of this
session is the "Data Clinic," where participants are encouraged to bring
their own material (media texts, political discourse, or ethnographic data)
for collaborative analysis and expert critique.
