If you have not already done so, you might look at the website on
Ogham by Curtis Clark:

There you will find his updated article on Exploring the Origins of Celtic
Ogham and even a link to a downloadable ogham TrueType font. You will find
his e-mail address listed at the website above also. If Curtis Clark cannot
answer your question, I can't imagine who could.

One of the URL's listed there is for an extensive ogham bibliography.
