The last time I checked, this was out of print in the US and unavailable for
purchase except through book antiquarians or some used book shop. If there
is a way to purchase the book today in the US, I'ld like to know about it,
otherwise, I can't see how the US could take offense to perusal of such a
work on the internet for personal and/or educational use. Someone please
correct me if I'm in error. Shelta is a personal interest for myself, and I
have seen several websites online with materials pertaining to Shelta Cant.
In fact, I'll dig around and see if I can find them for the list.
