Announcement International Celtic Studies Postgraduate Seminar, 2012

I should add that you need a Welsh post code to sign up as an online 
user of the National Library of Wales in order to access EEBO and 
some other resources for licensing reasons. However many others will 
have access to EEBO via their academic institution or local public 
library service. Most NLW services are, of course, available to all.

I am told that after ten years, all the EEBO/TCP texts will be placed 
in the public domain.
