Fixed browser problem

Dear Info-CHILDES,
  It turns out that the problem with Netscape 4.7 was caused by something I
did.  Apparently Netscape 4.7 needed some special exception that I
accidentally removed about two weeks ago and this is what broke.  I have
fixed it now.  The actual graphics for Netscape 4.7 might still be a bit
ugly and I will try to fix that too.
  I also fixed the broken counter at the bottom of the screen.
