Some questions about transcribing in clan

Dear Tania and Info-CHIBolts,
  The configuration of the materials for IPA Unicode in CLAN on the server
was confusing and a little bit out of date.  I found a new version of Keyman
and improved installation instructions from SIL.  I also decided to remove
the Rogers IPAPhon keyboard, since it is not as completely implemented as
the Hosken SIL keyboard.  The installation of the revised package is now
described at
http://childes.psy.cmu.edu/tools/uniwin.html

Please remove your earlier version of Keyman and your earlier bindings and
reinstall following the guidelines in the new package.
