Looking for turn in a transcript

Dear all,

I have problem in looking for a particular turn of a participant in a CHAT
file, e.g. I want to find out the 133th turn produced by the tier *CHI. Can
you suggest how I can do it? I want to do so because I'd like to shorten some
CHAT files to a certain length in terms of turn.

Moreover, how can I generate upper bound for each file?
