Looking for turn in a transcript

Hi,
Thanks. I tried the command (kwal +t*CHI +d +o@ filename) to generate all the
turns made by *CHI last time. Interestingly, the total number of turns in this
output file is different from the total number of turn given by the command
(mlt +t*CHI filename). I even attempted to include those turns containing < >
[/] or [//] which are by default excluded but it didn't work.
Have you any ideas about it? Finding out the total numbers of turns of the
files is important for me as I want to get a portion of the data files of same
number of turns.
