Pancomido,
Just as I asked Cogdev below, I need you to start CLAN, run the command
that gives you the error. After that please type "dir" command into CLAN's
"Commands" window and press return, then copy everything from "CLAN Output"
window and paste it into email message and send it to us. This information
will tell me the exact command line, with all the options, that you used,
the exact output that you got and the directory listing to verify that
working directory is set correctly. It would also be very helpful, if you
could send us the data file that you are using with your command line.
This might sound like I am being difficult and asking a lot, but you
have to understand that after we receive a bug report someone here always
tests CLAN to see if we can replicate the problem. In this case I tested
both mlu and freq commands on our sample data file and both commands in
their default form work fine. So, I need more information to be able to
identify and fix the problem. It is, in fact, possible to get this error
message by specifying erroneous options with either freq or mlu command. For
example, command "freq -t* -t@ -t% sample.cha" will produce this output:
freq -t* -t@ -t% sample.cha

freq (16-Jan-2009) is conducting analyses on:
