80% conformity by transcription

dear colleagues,

we're transcribing spontaneous German speech and there are three
different students doing this simultaneously. we would like to achieve
80% conformity by our transcripts. are there any technical possibilities
to do this?
so that, if three people are transcribing the same spontaneous speech,
how can we automatically compare their transcriptions in order to see
what differs?
