ar.cut ??

Dear Brian and/or Leonid
I just tried to run MOR on one of my files and I got the message:
Can't open either ar.cut or /Applications/CLAN/lib/ar.cut file
 quitting

After receiving the message I downloadedd the latest version of CLAN and I
still get the message. How am I supposed to get ar.cut?
