Problems with +f switch using vocd

Hello,
I have encountered a bizarre problem with using the +f switch with
vocd to direct files to an output folder. When I have used vocd
without the +f, it has worked fine, but as soon as I try to use the +f
switch, the output reads:
fopen: cannot open filename
The command line I have used reads:
vocd +t*MOT +f +r6 -s at exclude.txt [filename]
I have not changed the working, output, or lib folders. And the freq
command works just fine (including freq with the +f switch) using the
same folders so I don't think it is the file itself.
Once I use the +f switch, I cannot use vocd in any longer on that
computer. Not even the simple command vocd filename will work anymore.
It took me a few tries to pinpoint the problem so as a result I am on
my fourth computer, for which I have not added the +f switch and so
vocd is still working with the same folders as I have used on the
other computers and the same command line as above minus the +f.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Virginia
