Dear Rob,
I recently took a peek at the Dutch MOR program and the lexicon seems quite complete. However, because I have not
been maintaining it, I really don't know how well it works in practice. More importantly, we really need to have someone create
a training set for Dutch so that one can use POST. If you have any funding for this work, this would be a great thing to do and I would be happy to lend a bit of a hand too. Steven Gillis created the current version of MOR and you could check with him too to get his ideas.
Best,
