standalone CLAN install

Is it possible to install CLANWIN as a complete 'stand-alone' - e.g.
install on a USB device which will then run on any computer, or on a
network location for access by multiple PC's ?

I've tried this, as the install offers a choice of locations for the
program file, but it appears that some other files (e.g.dll) install
elsewhere so it only works on the machine on which it was installed.
