video files

Dear Florence,
    Yes, this is how it works for all files in the database.  It has to work this way or the files would not pass Chatter and we continually run Chatter on the database to check for any divergences.  I checked the Lyon files in /Romance/French/Lyon and they follow the one-transcript/one-media constraint.  Did I miss something?
