Walker Controller

Hi, 

I am working on transcribing a series of videos (saved as mp4). I pulled up 
walker controller to transcribe the bullets but unfortunately when I go to 
type, the audio stops playing immediately. I've downloaded the newest 
version of CLAN, restarted the program and checked the media file several 
times. Does anyone have any suggestions or reasons this may be happening?
