amalgamating MOR and POST?

I have been showing some colleagues how to MOR and POST (in English) for some projects they are running. They asked a fairly reasonable question, I thought - is there any way to combine these steps, if you really need to run POST after MOR? Or has it been done, and I just missed it somehow?
