send2clan.dll for chatter

I downloaded Chatter today and tried running it. Saw lots of errors, so I 
tried "Double-clicking on an error line [to] launch CLAN (in the case of 
Macintosh and Windows) to load the CHAT file and highlight the line at 
which the error was detected. "

I get the following "couldn't find send2chat.dll" message.  Tried looking 
for tips in CLAN & CHAT Manuals and in 
http://talkbank.org/software/chatter.html but maybe am not looking the 
right way?

this is in a laptop that has a Windows 7 OS, CLAN 03-May-2012 16:00, Java 6
