Question about the 'Silence' command

Dear all,

I am trying to use the Silence command (for the first time) and am
getting the following error message: Can't locate media file
"C151aNTV". The .cha file has been bulleted and I tried using .mp3 and
.wav versions of the audio file. I have also double checked that the
media file was spelled correctly in the Media header.

I'm using Windows 7 and have QuickTime installed.
