Katie,

	It looks like you are using Mac and I assume you have installed CLAN application in it's default folder. The default folder is "/Applications/CLAN/". Inside that folder there is a folder "lib" and inside "lib" there is a sub-folder "fixes" and inside "fixes" there is file "ISO-639.cut". CHECK command needs to find that file to work correctly. All you need to do is to set "lib" button in "Commands" window to "/Applications/CLAN/lib". If you have to set "lib" button to some other folder for personal reason, then you need to copy file "depfile.cut" and file "ISO-639.cut" to that "lib" folder. It looks like your "lib" button is set to "/Users/KatelynLippitt/CLAN/" folder. Please make sure that "lib" button is set intentionally and not by mistake.
