use of chstring in headers

If you add +t@, it will include all of the header tiers, which should work fine in this case.  The command would be:

chstring +w +x +1 +t@ +s"change_me_later" "control"  @

There are also methods for doing this through the tier selection dialog that is available for most programs, but I see that CHSTRING is not included in the programs that use this.  Maybe we should add it.

Like most CLAN commands CHSTRING looks at speaker tiers only by default. To change anything or to look for anything on header tier you need to add +t@ option to command line.
