0v:cop in MOR

Chris,
    That example on page 103 was out of date.  About a year ago, I changed v:cop to just cop for consistency with the other languages.  However, I didn’t think about adding 0cop.  I have added it now.  So, if you get a new version of English MOR from the web, then it will recognize 0cop.
