I am currently working on a comparison between verb inflections used by
adults and the toddlers they are interacting with in a bilingual
English-Tagalog sample.

We are doing manual coding of the inflection Tagalog verbs as there is no
mor program yet for Tagalog. The research group is having some trouble
determining the reliability of our coding. When we attempt to extract
Cohen's Kappa, we are not certain what information we are getting from the
output files (pls see attached).


   1. When we use *rely +u +d *.cha* are we getting a comparison of the
   main tier for every two transcripts compared?
   2. When we use *rely +u +d *.cha +t%mor* are we getting a comparison of
   the %mor tier for every two transcripts compared?
