converting ELAN files to CLAN files

Dear Caro,

Yes, it is easy.  You just use the DELIM program in CLAN.  It inserts periods.  Afterwards, students can check to see if they need other delimiters instead.

Hi all,

If you want to convert ELAN files to CLAN and you have forgotten to tell your students to use utterance delimiters (e.g. ! . ?) in their ELAN transcription tier (!) is there an easy, quick way to add them back in – either to the ELAN or CHAT transcription files?
