Searching for affixes in Catalan

I am writing a paper where I am analysing suffixes in Catalan. As there is 
no MOR layer of grammar for Catalan, I can't do something like freq %MOR 
*.cha like I would in English.

What is the best way to phrase the search input for suffixes in Catalan?
