Percent agreement

Hello I am trying to compute the percent agreement function with two files
using the +d unique option, but I am having trouble understanding what the
%cod tier does. Also on page 127 of the CLAN manual, what is the purpose of
using $INI:sel:in and $INI:sel:gone?
