Eval function on CLAN

Hi Jonathan,

The %mor tier provides complete part-of-speech tagging for every word (excluding those marked as repetitions and revisions) indicated on the main speaker tier of the transcript.

The MOR manual — http://talkbank.org/manuals/mor.pdf <http://talkbank.org/manuals/mor.pdf> — has the most information about the %mor tier.

The SLP’s Guide to Clan — http://talkbank.org/manuals/Clin-CLAN.pdf <http://talkbank.org/manuals/Clin-CLAN.pdf> — is a user-friendly, “how to" type of manual designed to teach students and clinicians how to use CHAT and CLAN.  It includes a section called “Preparing to run MOR” as well as sections on KIDEVAL and EVAL.

The tutorial screencasts — http://talkbank.org/screencasts/ <http://talkbank.org/screencasts/> -- include a section called “Morphological Analysis” with 3 short videos demonstrating the steps for creating a %mor tier in your transcripts.  There are also 3 screencasts demonstrating different ways to use the EVAL command.
