Limiting analysis of transcripts to a specific time

Dear Sophie,
   Perhaps the easiest way would be to create a pair of  Gem markers, as in:

@Bg:	30 seconds
*
*
*
@Eg:	30 seconds

Then you can use GEMFREQ to analyze those segments.
